Simply Sinead

My friend, Sinead of Sinead Cleary Jewelry has a gallery opening next month at WREN! To prepare, she asked me to photograph a sample of the pieces she made for the show.

We went with a stark studio feel, using white, gray, and black backgrounds. I, however, was ready for more.

Patti brought in beautiful fabrics for my photographic styling pursuits that I decided to take advantage of for the gorgeous jewelry before me. I chose an Eileen Fisher linen, eyed the pothos on my desk and had a little more fun than Sinead was anticipating.

I love the natural look of the linen and green leaves. It compliments Sinead's work beautifully in such a poignantly simple way. I look forward to seeing her show- and diving deeper into product photography.
