First Snow Magic

There's something magical about snow. The way it makes the landscape glisten, how pine trees appear greener, and the exhilarating chill of flakes falling across your face.

Living in northern New Hampshire, having an appreciation for snow is necessary to making it through the long winter months. (By early March, however, I'll admit that I'm counting the days until warmer temperatures kick in.)

No matter how many inches and feet of snow accumulates in our yards, it's always the first few that are truly delightful.
