Chang Thai Cafe: Reflections

May 25, 2016 Meg Brown

Today was my last day working for Chang Thai Cafe/M-ZO Tea & Co. I adored my position of Executive Assistant/Marketing Coordinator, my co-workers, and my boss, Emshika Alberini.

Em made my job fun. I was able to write, help her marketing efforts, take pictures, and even accompany her to Boston! I'll miss working with her everyday, but MegaBug has taken off so much and I just started a new business, MegAGLOW Marketing, with a former co-worker that I have way too much going on. Fortunately, Emshika will be joining MegAGLOW as one of our first clients! To remember my fun days at Chang Thai, I've put together a few of my favorite photos taken while working under Emshika.

Thai Hot Basil with Beef and Thai Hot Basil with Clams- taken for Emshika's application to "Beat Bobby Flay".

Dumplings! Yum!!!

Edamame and Spring Rolls with Plum Sauce (my faaaaavorite).

Pineapple Fried Rice. Love the colors!

Jungle Curry and Spicy Beef Salad

Tropical Breeze gin. Oh so good.

I look forward to hearing about Emshika's future endeavors, and scheming mine.
